Gayle Casaday-Bachelor

Gayle Batchelor

Gayle Batchelor and her husband Jim have been in the Temecula Valley area since 1995. We have worked for GMAC, Century 21 and now Prudential. We have seen this valley explode with buildings and people. It has been our pleasure to serve many buyers and sellers in the last 15 years.

Being Realtor's, has given us the opportunity to serve and be active in our Community. We are Lion's and we are volunteer puppy raisers for Canine Companions for Independence. We are on our 11th puppy, Teagan.

I have loved this job more than anything and it has never been dull. Now I feel that it is time to give back to my fellow Realtor's. I would greatly appreciate your vote.

Curtis Doss

Curtis Doss

As founder and CEO of Canear, Inc., I have made it my personal mission to build a company based on integrity, commitment to my clients, and customer service that is unparalleled in the industry. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I relocated to Southern California as a young man under the enlistment of our nation's finest military branch of service, The United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, I learned what it truly means to be a public servant and sharpened my leadership skills that later resulted in the formation of my own company. The moto that "Marines don't retreat, they just attack in the opposite direction!" has been a rule that I have lived by ever since my honorable discharge from the Corps.

A Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), I have proven that I am not only willing to go the extra mile in my continuing education requirement mandated by the California Department of Real Estate, I have also demonstrated that I am dedicated to staying on top of current changes and trends in the real estate industry. In addition to my duties as a Realtor®, I am also a loan officer and certified loan signing notary public, making my client’s home purchasing experience streamlined with one-stop-shopping.

My devout passion for real estate has spurred me on to fully embrace every aspect of the industry and has resulted in my active participation in several related areas as well as membership and involvement in affiliated organizations. These areas and organizations include committee membership in the Realtors® Orientation Committee at the SRCAR. I also am a member of the SRCAR Grievance Committee and Director of Membership for the SRC YPN. Lastly, but certainly not least, I am a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors®. Being so heavily involved with these committees not only allows me the ability to stay up-to-date on current trends in the market, it also affords me the opportunity to make a continual contribution to my profession and help uphold our good name as “Realtors®”.

I also currently serve on the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and previously served on the Grievance Committee since.

Debbie Kosum

Debbie Kosum

I had the opportunity to work a short time as an assistant with a direct lender which gave me rapid experience, knowledge and the fundamentals in real estate.   I began my career as a Realtor in 1998 with Century 21, working in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.

I am passionately dedicated to my profession.  I genuinely care about my clients, my co-workers, and my esteemed affiliates.

I believe the standards and principles of hard work and dedication have allowed me to achieve various top producer awards for six consecutive years.  Year 2000 to 2006, and two out of the six years I achieved the elite Centurion Award for the highest level in sales.  I believe active listening, prompt follow up, and hard work resulted in the referrals I received as well.

I am happily married with a close family of five adult children and seven grandchildren! In 2001 my son Rick was serving in Iraq as a United States Marine Sergeant and I am proud that my son has served his country in the time of war and now serves his community as a police officer in Fountain Valley, California.

I am loyal, excited and willing to rise to the challenges and changes that we face in our profession.  I am ambitious and desire to learn, looking forward to giving back and working together with everyone in this fabulous association.

I have been active with the Women’s Council of Realtors and serving on their board as this year’s 2010 Treasurer.

Mike Mason

Mike Mason

As a Realtor, I have experienced, first hand, the benefits SRCAR offers to us as members.  I have been an active participant in SRCAR since 2004 and currently participate in our Legislative committee. SRCAR is a valuable asset to my current success as a Realtor.  SRCAR offers all of the resources and tools needed for Brokers and Agents to achieve their goals.  I would value the opportunity to give back to the association and to be the advocate for our members by serving on the Board of Directors.

Adding to my success, I serve on a financial services steering committee for one of the largest churches in Temecula as the Real Estate and Short Sale expert.  I am published in each edition of the Integrity Business Journal as a Real Estate Expert.  I volunteer my time on a monthly basis for a Valley Wide food drive.  But my favorite activity is spending time with my teenage daughter Jessica.

I am currently an agent at Realty Gallery, specializing in SHORT SALE transactions and became SFR Certified late last year.  In an ongoing effort to better serve my clients, earlier this year, tested and received my Broker’s license and plan to launch my own firm.  Based on my experience in the mortgage loan industry, my success as a Realtor and, of course my 30+ years of experience in the Temecula Valley I have become the “go to guy” for both buyers and sellers.  I know I would be a great asset and a great resource as a member on the SRCAR Board of Directors.  Help me to serve you.  Your vote for me would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Lisa has had her Real Estate License sense 1984 and has lived in Murrieta with her family sense 1989. Current NAR designations that Lisa holds are GRI, PMN & ePro. Lisa is a great advocate to anyone or anything that will elevate the professionalism of REALTORS® in all aspects of their profession and would like to continue serving the Board and its members and is asking for your support.

Zachery Smith

Zachery Smith

I have been in the Southwest Riverside real estate market since 2007, when I obtained my Salesperson license. Since, my license has proudly been hung with Century 21 Wright where I have had the opportunity to work alongside many of our market leaders and Board members which has allowed me the convenience to learn and progress as a Realtor.

Coming into the market in the year 2007, a time when much of our market was on its way down, given me the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the real estate industry that would otherwise have taken years to be a part of. Because of this I have had the opportunity to work on many different transactions, REO’s, short sales, auctions, and standard sales, giving me a solid foundation for years of good business to come!

I have been a member of the Education and MLS task force committees, as well as an active member on our Young Professional Network, where I still sit as past Chairman. The YPN has given me the knowledge and skills necessary to be a contributing member of our board if given the opportunity.

I would love to be an active member on our Board of Directors, particularly for two reasons. Primarily, to be personally involved in the decisions of our local association that affect myself as a Realtor and also affect our market; Secondarily, to become an example to other young agents, and association members, to be more involved with our local boards (and Board of Directors) in the Inland Empire. And to hopefully bring some fresh ideas to the table from a more modern perspective, and along with the ideas of the other seasoned agents sitting on our Board of Directors , collaborate and create a better environment for not only our Realtors but also for our place in the market.

She was named Rookie of the year and has earned Top Producer awards every year thereafter!  Wendy has handled hundreds of transactions successfully and has learned all aspects of the Real Estate industry. Her mission was always the same, to contribute to as many buyers and sellers by empowering them with the knowledge they need, to make the most important Real Estate decisions.

With each change in the market Wendy was able to anticipate those changes and stay in the stream of business.

As a trainer and coach, Wendy mentored hundreds of agents through successful business strategies.  She also created and led a REO buyer certification seminar.  In this seminar asset managers and several REO listing agents contributed to the content and participation.

As Wendy has transitioned into management with First Team Real Estate in Temecula, this passion has not changed!  She uses her years of Real Estate sales knowledge and experience to launch the careers of Realtors in her office.  Wendy has a passion for seeing others succeed. She also believes the more you educate and add alue to those around you, the more value you create in your own life.  She believes in excellence in all she does!
