The Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® is currently on the KIM System from Supra and we use iBox System Lockboxes. While this system is used throughout MRMLS (Multi Regional Multiple Listing Service) there are several associations within MRMLS who do not use this type of key system.

As of December 11th, 2006 - the cost to lease a key is $115.32 per year plus applicable sales tax. Keys are available to lease by members of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors®/MLS only. For new members, there is a activation fee of $50, and if you would like insurance the cost is $25 per year.

As of January 1st, 2007 - the cost to lease a lockbox is $5.00 per month/$15.00 per quarter. Leasing a lockbox is available to members of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® /MLS only. As of January 1st, 2007 - the cost to purchase a lockbox is $85.00 plus applicable sales tax. Purchasing a lockbox is available to members of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors®/MLS only.

Members can update their keypads by calling the KIM Computer System. The numbers are as follows:

Assistance with the KIM System is for Members of SRCAR/MLS and is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® office in Murrieta.
