Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®

a REALTOR® Member...
Hours for Membership Processing are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Hours for New Key Services are Monday - Friday, from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- You must complete the entire Membership Application along with the necessary
signatures.
- If you are paying by Credit Card on the application, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and include that with you application.
- Key Agreement is needed for keys if you are remaining a member with another Association.
- The registered Broker must sign the Application prior to us being able to process.
- Your Completed application must be accompanied with a copy of your Real
Estate License (Note: your wallet license will suffice) and your current Drivers
License.
- For membership dues you can pay by check, cash or Credit Card – Credit
cards accepted are Visa/Master Card, Discover and American Express.
- Please Note: Our Returned Check Policy – The
fee for all returned checks for any reason is $50.00. The Board
of Directors has adopted this fee and only they can amend or
waive it.

SUPRA
- Your Keypad is separate and must be paid separately by CHECK or CREDIT CARD
only.
- Please Note if you have still have your Supra Key and you are within
the SoCal MLS or the IMRMLS your key is transferable. Please bring it with
you so that transfer paperwork can be filled out. Also, you must notify your
prior Association in writing that you are transferring.
