New Reciprocal Listing Policy
On November 1st 2005, the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® in conjunction with MRMLS adopted a new Reciprocal Listing Policy. Under this new policy, each local association staff now has the ability to input listings into each of the MLSs within the Southern California MLS Alliance.
No longer will listings have to be sent to other MLSs which could result in several days delay. The cost for inputting a Reciprocal listing to any of the MLS’ within the Alliance is $50.00 and is paid directly to SRCMLS. This fee includes the input, any changes or modifications to the listing, and 1 photo (any additional photos are $5.00 each).
The following MLS’/Associations have decided to adapt this new Reciprocal Listing. policy:
- SoCal MLS (Orange County Area)
- CLAW MLS (L.A. Area)
- Newport Beach (part of SoCal)
- Desert Area MLS (Desert Area)
- CRISTnet MLS (part of SoCal)
- GSBMLS (South Bay Area)
Members wishing to submit listings to MLS’ which are not participating in this new policy must complete the following prior to the listing being inputted:
- Obtain a letter of good standing from member’s home association/MLS
- Complete the appropriate reciprocal listing input form
- Pay the necessary fee for this service
Upon receipt of these items to the appropriate MLS, the reciprocal listing can then be inputted into the system. Please be advised that Sandicor is not a part of the Southern California Alliance and members must complete these steps in order to reciprocate listings to them.
