Effective January 1, 2002, there will
be several changes to the MLS Marketing & Tour meetings
for the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors.
This memorandum will confirm the changes to the procedures
as well as the meetings. Please share this information with
everyone in your office.
Tour Meetings – they will be several changes effective
the tour meetings in the Temecula/Murrieta and Lake Elsinore/Wildomar
areas.
Effective January 1, 2002 – there will no longer be
a North & South area for the Temecula/Murrieta area. Members
can schedule their properties for tour whenever needed rather
than waiting for a specific date. Tuesday meetings will
be held at the Temeku Movie Theater off Ynez Road, in Temecula. Copies of the
Tour will be made available for meeting participates. The focus
of the meetings will be meeting other members and marketing
your properties. The first meeting of the year will be on Tuesday,
January 8, 2002.
Effective January 1, 2002 – the meetings for the Lake
Elsinore/Wildomar area will continue on Wednesdays but the
meeting location will be at the Stewart Title office in Lake
Elsinore. Doors to the meeting room will open at 8:00 a.m.
with the meeting scheduled to begin shortly after that. The
first tour meeting for the Lake Elsinore/Wildomar area will
be on Wednesday, January 9, 2002. The monthly calendar from
SRCAR will designate the Lake Elsinore/Wildomar North & South
Areas.
No change is scheduled for the Thursday Canyon Lake Tours.
Scheduling Properties on Tour – effective January 1,
2002, members will be able to schedule properties for tour
using the following method:
Goto www.imrmls.com -
Login to the Matrix MLS System
Go to the Add/Edit Tab along the top
In the Open Houses Secion, click on Add New
Click Start With a Blank Listing
Fill out the appropriate information. If you would like to you can click on Additional Information and fill that out as well.
When you are finished, hit Submit.
While the Association office will continue to provide copies
of the Open House/Tour listings on the designated dates, members
can pull this information from the system at any time.
